Thyrsus of Dionysus

For Dionysus I wanted to make his thyrsus more of a staff, rather than a wand, and for it to also include a wine theme. This is why I modeled the midsection of the staff after an amphora, an Ancient Greek wine container, and adorned it with grapes. The color scheme of is another way I wanted to convey the aspect of Dionysus being a Wine God.
